CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

Earl Campbell Warner Bros. Animation Art Limited Edition

1. Introduction
   Earl Campbell Warner Bros. Animation Art Limited Edition Lithograph contest terms and conditions. Pro Player Foundation, the "Sponsors" of the contest, reserves the right to change, alter, or otherwise tailor the following rules without notice. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. Eligibility
   Entrants must accept all terms and conditions herein. Entry is available for all legal residents of the 50 United States ages 18 and over. Employees of the Sponsors, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising agencies, agents and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employees, are not eligible.
3. Dates
   Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. central time on 1/1/11, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. central time on 3/31/11. The winner will be announced on 4/1/11.
4. How to Enter
   To enter fill out form on Pro Player Foundation homepage.
5. Entries
   All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
6. Selection and Notification of Winner
   Any entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. The winner will be randomly selected and notified by e-mail within a week of the contest ending.
7. Limited Edition Art
   The winner will receive one (1) personally signed, custom framed Earl Campbell Warner Bros. Animation Art Limited Edition.
8. Sponsors

Additional Terms and Conditions for Winner

Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, within fourteen (14) days of notification. By accepting the Limited Edition, the winner agrees that the Sponsors and those acting under the Sponsor's authority may use winner's name for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. Also by accepting the Limited Edition, the winner agrees that the Sponsors, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of the Sponsor's officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by winner for any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Limited Edition or participation in this contest.
